I had to search about this breed to get an idea about Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.

Bolonka is a type of Bichon dogs, the non-sporting category of dog breeds. They vary in appearance but all of them have tails curled over their back, the fur that doesn't readily shed, short snouts, drop ears, and large, dark eyes. They were all bred to be amiable companion dogs and have a friendly, alert temperament. Their life expectancy is 15 years or more (Wiki). Bolonka Zwetna (Bolonka Zwetnaya, Tsvetnaya Bolonka) is initially from Russia but further developed in Germany. Zwetna means colored.  It's sometimes called Russian Coloured Bichon.

Although popular in Germany, Bolonka is only recently recognized by the American Kennel Club. It's not easy to find good Bolonka in the US. Consider importing it from Germany, or from Russia.

The breed club can refer you to a reputable breeder or rescue... here's their address http://tsvetnayabolonkaclub.homestead.com/

Hi Everyone,
This is a new breed called "Bolonka Zwetna", they are originally from Russia and as far as I know they are only recognized in their region and also in Germany, which has been breeding Bolonka Zwetna dogs for a few years.
You can visit my blog to see an actual photo of my little Bolonka of 3 months. :)

Where did you get your dog from?
From Germany?
How does it work?
Are you went to Germany for this Dog?
Or did they ship the dog?
I'm actually from Germany but I have not known to get a dog to Canada.
I asked the locale breeder where I'm from if she would ship me a puppy she said it is too hard for the dog.
It would be nice if you could help me
