Randy: What Kind of puppy food does Bichon Frise eat? I have a 4-month-old Bichon Frise that won't eat puppy food. I have tried Puppy Chow, Dog Chow, and Beneful. If you have a Bichon Frise please tell me what kind of puppy food do they eat. We feed her Royal Canin puppy /chiot (dry food ) and we mixed it with royal canin puppy food gel which comes in cans. Before we would only feed her dry food and she wouldn’t eat it then we start mixing it and OALA !!! she eats all her bowl. We give her half of the can and save it for the following day the rest and 1 cup of dry food. She eats all her bowl! Hope it helps! Your Bichon Frise is different from everyone else's dog so what they use might not be suitable for yours. Try taking the food you already have and spicing it up a little by adding that gravy stuff you can buy for pets, or maybe just mixing in a little bit of wet food with the dry. Don't use it a lot as it can cause diarrhea if she's not used to it. Just use enough to put that yummy smell on it. If you don't wish to do that, then you just have to keep going through the food until you find the one she's comfortable with. Good Luck. A lot of it is full of corn, by-products, dyes, unhealthy preservatives, filler grains, and all sorts of nasty stuff. A lot of pet food companies are perfectly happy to dump cheap leftovers in.
